Blue Mountain selected Serfass Construction to complete Phase 1 & 2 Summit Lodge renovations.  The project consisted of a ski school addition, new 10,000sf  courtyard, interior renovations, and 2,000 SF heated patio.  Construction took place during the 90 day off season.
