Serfass Construction was first contracted to perform emergency work to secure thousands of large windows on the General Sales Office building.  After securing the windows with a specialized netting, windows were removed floor by floor over a 4 month period.  All windows, including windows 170' in the air, received a new frame and Palram PVC Insert.
