Serfass Construction of Allentown was awarded the contract to construct the first of what is expected to be a series of French bakeries for The Artisan Bakery & Café LLC.

The bakery is located at the Sands Casino Bethlehem on the first floor of the Shoppes at the Sands. The 2,000 SF fit-out was completed in about 90 days.

Ultimately the partners envision 10 to 15 bakeries with the Sands as the hub, and perhaps expanding under the hub and spoke model into even more locations.

Serfass Construction has completed over 20MM worth of construction at the Sands Casino Resort Complex.
