Serfass Construction has been contracted for a second year to renovate one of the largest residential condominium complexes in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.  The project consists of removing the entire building envelope and restoring eight stories to new.  The extensive interior and exterior project will be completed before the 2013 beach season
