Over the course of a year, Serfass construction completed a massive renovation to the Sands Casino Hotel.  The project consisted of converting over 300 guests rooms into a first-class AAA 4 Diamond Award winning hotel

Serfass was responsible for all aspects of the project ranging from warehousing, FF&E logistics, construction and complete project management.

Construction consisted of demolition and installation of high-end finishes including; doors & hardware, light fixtures, marble, granite, plumbing fixtures, HVAC, carpet, millwork & trim, glass & mirrors, wallpaper, upholstery and FFE.
