He plays a central role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, with a focus on advancing operational excellence, financial performance, and innovative delivery methods. Drawing on experience gained at some of the nation’s most respected construction management firms, Kevin brings a forward-thinking approach to contract structures, technology, and systems that strengthen and modernize Serfass’ traditional building practices. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Drexel University.

Matthias Fenstermacher is a third-generation leader and partner at Serfass Construction, known for his expertise in preconstruction, construction execution, and strategic growth initiatives. Building on a foundation rooted in the company’s original commitment to quality and performance, Matthias has played a key role in expanding Serfass into new markets and guiding the successful delivery of many high-profile, technically complex projects. His leadership extends across business development and intercompany strategy, helping transform Serfass from a traditional general contractor into a fully integrated organization encompassing construction management, general contracting, design, and development. Matthias holds a degree in Business Management from Penn State University.
