David is the son of founder Elmer Serfass and is responsible for over 2 billion dollars in Lehigh Valley Construction . He has been the driving force behind Serfass Construction for over 50 years. As a Lehigh Valley native he has become locally known for his hands on Construction Management approach. Clients have come to recognize that when they work with Serfass Construction, they work directly with the owner. His powerful work ethic drives Serfass Construction at its core, and motivates his staff to follow suit. He has made it his commitment to exceed expectations and bring complex visions to life.

As Vice President Kevin is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the company. He maintains and implements new business, financial, and operation initiatives. Kevin also focuses on new methods, technology, and contract structures to integrate into Serfass’ traditional building practices. Kevin has gained his experience by working at some of the nation’s most prestigious CM firms. Kevin has a B.S. degree in Construction Management from Drexel University.

Matthias Fenstermacher has utilized his vast knowledge and education from Penn State University as a commitment to the quality and performance standards that Serfass Construction was founded on. He is continuously exploring new markets while maintaining his focus on new business development and intercompany strategic developments. Known for his expertise in preconstruction and construction, Matthias has guided our teams through successful completion of many high profile and extremely complex construction projects
