FL SMIDTH 

Serfass Construction Company was contracted to renovate 110,000 square feet of commercial office space, greatly reducing the buildings carbon footprint and creating an energy efficient facility.  1,236,970 KwH of electrical power will be saved each year under the new improvement with a CO2 equivalent of 740 metric tons. 99% of the demolition on the project will be recycled including Carpet, Ceiling Tile, Light Fixtures and Steel making this a large scale Green Energy Renovation.  In the past Serfass has buiilt an executive conference center and additional 40,000 sf of office for FLS and were proud to call them a repeat client.
