Follett hire Serfass Construction to provide turn-key design build services for their new 90,000 square foot manufacturing facility.  Serfass Construction utilized its in-house design team, Serfass Design Co, to provide a streamlined project delivery.  Serfass handled all design, Township approvals, State approvals, construction, and turnover.  As the leading manufacturer of ice machines Follett required a quick delivery method that only Serfass Construction and it’s in house companies could provide.
