Serfass Construction is providing pre-construction and construction services for GT&C’s new office addition and renovation at their Houston campus.  The new 30,000 SF building will provide a more modern work environment, inspire employees, and enable GT to hire the best talent.  Serfass helped with controlling the budget and integrating technology needs during pre-construction.  The addition will be situated directly in front of the existing manufacturing facility, Serfass will be providing daily coordination during construction to keep GT’s production fully operational.
