LOT 28 & 29

BEA contracted with Serfass Construction to provide construction services for the building of two new 50,000 square foot flex space facilities.  Under a tight construction schedule, Serfass was able to deliver the building on time and on budget.  Serfass Construction was retained to complete the interior fit-outs of the buildings as well.  The owner has remained a repeat client thanks to the personal service they can rely on.
